Job Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers.
- Contact Jio customers to explain available recharge options.
- Assist customers in completing their Jio recharges.
- Sell new Jio connections to prospective customers.
- Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines.
- Ensure a delightful customer experience.
- Respond to customers using appropriate tone and language.
- Record customer details and relevant data from calls or services.
- Stay informed about Jio's plans, products, and services to enhance the customer offering.
Education Requirement:
- 10th Pass / 10 + 2 (Preferred)
Experience Requirement:
- Open to freshers
Skills and Competencies:
- Basic literacy skills.
- Proficiency in using a smartphone.
- Ability to speak the local language.
